Instructions for using Zoom and Video call in the Wecheck system

I. Connect to Zoom and create a schedule for role Doctor

1. Open this link : https://stg.wecheck.cloud/Login 

                 

 

2. Login with an account :

        Email & Password

3. The QR code screen will be displayed

4. Scan QR with the Authentication Application, and then click the button [Next]

                 

5. Click the button OK, input verify code

                 

6. Click the button [Authenticator], transfer to the Home screen

                 

7. Click to the User name on top right screen

                 

8. Click on the [User profile] link

                 

9. The User Information screen will be displayed, click on the button [Connect] of [Zoom account information], and the Zoom login screen will display.

                 

10. Sign In with your Zoom account

                 

11. If connect to Zoom successfully, the below message will be displayed on the screen.

                 

        When you do not want to connect with your Account, you can click on the button [Disconnect], and your account information will be deleted.
        However, your activities in the past were saved on our history database and cannot be deleted.

        Please read carefully before connecting your account with our system.

                 

12. Click on the icon chat on the top right screen to open the panel Communication

                 

13. Add Schedule 

        Click to the button [Add Schedule]

                 

  

        [Add Schedule] Dialog will display

                 

        Select type of schedule

                 

  

        Select time

                 

        Invite a patient

                 

  

        Limit people (In one meeting room has one Doctor and one patient)

                 

14. You can Edit, Delete a Schedule and copy link Zoom

        Note: You can only delete the schedule before the meeting time 

                 

  

15. Join Call or Zoom meeting  

        - A Zoom Meeting will be created before the meeting time 5 minutes

        - Click on the button [Join] to open Zoom

                 

                 

16. Click button [Open Zoom Mettings]  

        Zoom Meeting will display 

                 

 

17. Deauthorization notification

        When you remove the app from your Zoom account, the Webhook of the system will be called to notify us that the app is no longer active for you.

 

 II. Connect to Zoom with a Patient Account on Mobile App

        First, you need to install the Zoom app on your device.

        If it is not available, you cannot use this function.

1. Open Wecheck App and login with a patient account

                 

2. Click on the icon button [Chat] on Bottom Menu, after that open [Reserve] Tab

        At [Vacancies], schedule list will display

                 

3. Click on the button [Reserve]

        The Confirm Dialog will display

                 

4. Click button [Confirm] 

        A successful message will display

                 

5. Click button [OK]  

        At [Reservations] booked schedule will display

                 

6. Before the meeting time 5 minutes, button [JOIN] will be enable 

        Click button [JOIN] to Zoom 

                 

        In case the creator of the Zoom meeting has not joined:  

                 

  

        In case the creator of the Zoom meeting has joined: 

                 

 

        When the meeting room is finished, a Zoom account of Patent will be deleted. Our system does not save your account info.
